Products & pricing
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Because each piece is natural and hand-finished, slight variation between pairs is inherent and is not a defect. We may update prices and offers at any time.
Orders & pre-orders
Current pieces are sold as pre-orders and assembled by hand, dispatching within 7–10 days. We may decline or cancel an order (with full refund) where necessary, for example if an item cannot be fulfilled.
Payment
Payment is taken securely online, or via Cash on Delivery where offered. Online pre-paid orders ship free.
Returns
Returns and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Intellectual property
The VANNAE name, wordmark, logo and all store content are owned by the company and may not be used without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
