How does the pre-order work?
Because each VANNAE is assembled by hand after you order, current pieces ship as pre-orders. Your pair is prepared and dispatched within 7–10 days of your order being confirmed.
Are the stones really unique?
Yes. Each quartz is a natural stone, hand-set and gold-dipped — no two are identical. Your pair is one of one.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely online, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD). Online (pre-paid) orders ship free.
How should I care for my pair?
Wipe the lenses with the supplied cloth. Keep the chain and frame dry when not in use and store your pair in its case. Avoid harsh chemicals and perfume directly on the gold finish.
