Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the pair is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all components. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Pre-order cancellations
Because each pair is made to order, a pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund before assembly begins. Once assembly has started, the order may no longer be cancellable.
Faulty or damaged items
If your pair arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via an agreed method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
